INFLUENZA: an acute, commonly epidemic disease, occurring in several forms, caused by numerous rapidly mutating viral strains and characterized by respiratory symptoms and general prostration.

CONJUNCTIVITIS : the mucous membrane that lines the exposed portion of the eyeball and inner surface of the eyelids.

'H5N1' INFLUENZA : An influenza A virus subtype that occurs mainly in birds, is highly contagious among birds, and can be deadly to them.

AEROSOL : a system of colloidal particles dispersed in a gas; smoke or fog.

NAUSEA : sickness at the stomach, especially when accompanied by a loathing for food and an involuntary impulse to vomit.

DIARRHEA : an intestinal disorder characterized by abnormal frequency and fluidity of fecal evacuations.

PNEUMONIA : inflammation of the lungs with congestion or an infection of the lung that can be caused by almost any class of organism known to cause human infections.

DOMESTICATED BIRDS : tamed birds, live in close association with human beings as a pet or other purposes. Opposite of wild birds.

RESPIRATORY : the act of respiring; inhalation and exhalation of air; breathing

RELENZA : antiviral drug  used in the treatment of influenza to reduce the duration and severity of the illness.

TAMIFLU : an oral antiviral drug that attacks the influenza virus and prevents it spreading inside the body
